Transport between the airport and the place of accommodation

On October 26 and 27 (the whole days), there will be a team from CREAD (the local organizer), clearly signaled, waiting for you in the airport at the international arrival hall. They are in charge of welcoming you in the airport and helping you reaching your accommodation place (in particular currency exchange and taxi rental). The journey from the airport to the center of city where the 5 hotels of the conference are located (St George, El Aurassi, ABC, Telemly or Dar el Ikram) is around 2000 DA (DA for Dinar Algérien), that’s around 15 euros (1 euro is about 135 DA). You can obviously use your Visa cards to withdraw local currency in the cash dispensers of the airport. El Aurassi (the conference venue) and St George hotels have the same facilities. If you have still a doubt about your accommodation place, please send an e-mail to the local organizers: Hanane Mansour (mansour.hanane1@gmail.com) and Fella Djani (felladjani@gmail.com).

Transport to the conference venue and conference dinner place

The local organizer will organize a shuttle service from the accommodation places to the conference venue, and from the conference venue to the conference dinner (on Saturday), and then back to the accommodation places. Details will be very shortly posted on the conference website. Again, if any doubt, please contact the local organizers: Hanane Mansour (mansour.hanane1@gmail.com) and Fella Djani (felladjani@gmail.com).

Tourism

In collaboration with Algerian national office for tourism (ONAT), we also propose a guided tour To Tipaza, one of the most famous Mediterranean cities for its impressive ancient Roman ruins. Given the conference time schedule and the distribution of your arrival times in Algiers,  2 slots sound as possible:
-    October 26th  afternoon (say from 2 to 6 pm)
-    October 27th from 11 am to 3 pm
Would you be interested in the tour to Tipaza, please contact Hanane Mansour (mansour.hanane1@gmail.com), she will provide you with all the related details.
